Our Return Policy
Our goal is to make you happy with our products, but if they’re not what you expected – that’s okay! You can return them within 30 days of receiving them, no questions asked.
How Returns Work
Feel free to test the cards, take a closer look, and see if they’re for you. If you decide they’re not quite right, you’re welcome to send them back. The only thing we ask is that you cover the return shipping cost.
If you’d rather not return them, why not pass them along as a thoughtful gift? Many people fall in love with our cards when they receive them from someone special.
You don’t need to contact us beforehand, but please make sure to clearly include your full name and order number in the package so we know it’s yours.

Damaged or Wrong Orders?
If something arrived damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please let us know right away. We’ll make things right as quickly as possible.
What Can’t Be Returned?
While we’re happy to accept returns for physical products, digital products can’t be returned since they’re sent instantly via email. If you’re not sure about something, just reach out – we’re here to help!
Refunds
As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If it is, we’ll issue your refund within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or card company may take a bit of extra time to process the refund. If you haven’t seen it after 15 business days, give us a quick email at info@howareyoureallycards.com, and we’ll sort it out.
